Under a cloudless sky and a gentle, refreshing breeze, and through the meticulous planning of the company’s trade union, Jiujiang Ingiant Technology Co., Ltd. organized a two-day group-building trip for its second batch of employees to Shangrao on September 13. Amidst the millennial charm of Taoist heritage and the wonders of nature, employees escaped the bustle of urban life, unlocked the power of teamwork amidst mountains and rivers, and ignited their collaborative potential!
Gexian Mountain
This 1,096-meter-tall Taoist mountain has been revered since ancient times as the “First Sacred Mountain of Chinese Lingbao (Taoist Treasure) Doctrine.” It derives its name from Ge Hong, a Eastern Jin Dynasty alchemist who built a hermitage here to practice Taoism and eventually ascended to immortality. His philosophy of “the unity of heaven and humanity” still infuses the spiritual beauty of these mountains and waters today.
Strolling on Gexian Mountain In the afternoon, we journeyed deeper into the mountain. Stone steps wound their way up, with Taoist temples hidden among dense pines and cypresses. Amidst the clear sounds of nature, we grasped the essence of “Tao follows nature” (a core Taoist principle). Reaching the “Pavilion of Ascension” at the summit, we leaned on the railings to watch clouds and mists roll over ancient cliffs and trees. One employee remarked, “Ge Hong sought immortality through alchemy here; today, we climb in pursuit of growth. Though our goals differ, the focus and perseverance we share are strikingly similar!”—a sentiment that perfectly aligns with the company’s value of “steadfastness leading to distant horizons.”

As dusk fell, Gexian Village transformed into a fairy-tale land aglow with flowing lights. Everyone wandered freely, some leaning on railings to watch lanterns mirror on the water, others capturing silhouettes of light at street corners. When the fire performance lit up the sky, cheers erupted, and the shared joy bridged hearts, making the team bond tangible. The lights not only illuminated the ancient village’s upturned eaves but also the warmth glowing in everyone’s eyes.

The next morning, we strolled through Wangxian Valley, where cascading waterfalls and earthen houses created a picturesque contrast. Following the gurgling streams, employees explored alone or in small groups, weaving through green mountains, clear waters, ancient bridges, and waterfalls. Bodies relaxed, conversations flowed, and team bonds deepened subtly amid nature. The company remained by our side, capturing every smile and offering care in every detail.
