DHS100-49-8F 8-in-8-out photoelectric combination slip ring 49 electrical channels

DHS100 series 8-in-8-out photoelectric combination slip ring

Photoelectric combination slip rings transmit 8 optical fibers and 49 electrical channels at the same time. It is an integral precision conductive slip ring with an all-aluminum alloy structure. The electrical path supports signal (2A), 10A, 50A, voltage 600VAC/VDC.

Photoelectric combination slip rings use optical fibers as data transmission media, providing the best technical solution for data transmission between rotatingly connected system components. It is particularly suitable for applications that require unlimited, continuous or intermittent rotation, and at the same time need to transmit large-capacity data and signals from a fixed position to a rotating position.

Unique advantages of photoelectric combination slip rings:

  1. Durable in harsh environments.
  2. No contact, no friction, long life, up to more than 10 million revolutions (more than 100 million revolutions for a single core).
  3. Multi-channel technology combines multiple signals—video, serial data, and network data.
  4. Use optical fiber to transmit signals without leakage or electromagnetic interference; it can be used for long-distance transmission of dozens or hundreds of kilometers for networking applications.
  5. Combined with liquid state transfer, it can transport liquid and gas through the rotating interface.
  6. It is small in size and light in weight, and can be easily integrated with the original electronic bus ring, making it easy to upgrade the system.
  7. Can provide the world’s smallest single-channel optical fiber rotary connector, and can provide dual-channel, four-channel, five to ten-channel or even more-channel optical fiber rotary connectors.
  8. With pressure compensation and good sealing performance, it can be used in harsh environments such as 7,000 meters underwater and in space.
  9. Optoelectronic integrated rotary connectors can be provided.

Typical applications:

High-end robots, high-end material conveying systems, rotating turrets on military vehicles, remote control systems, radar antennas, optical fiber sensing and other turntables (rate tables) transmission and control of high-speed video, digital, and analog signals, medical systems, and video surveillance systems , ensuring national or international safety systems, submarine operating systems, emergency lighting equipment, robots, exhibition/display equipment, medical equipment, etc.;
