Ingiant solid shaft flange slip rings used well in drone and RC flight model

        Flange slip rings are very compact solutions with fiber brush technology and high performance. The cable connection on the rotor and stator side is made via flat connectors directly on the housing. They are not only small and compact, but also particularly easy to install.

Flange slip rings have proven themselves particularly well in drone and RC flight model construction. They are suitable for high speeds on rotors and propellers as well as for precise control of camera gimbals. If a Faston slip ring needs to be replaced, it can be done in a few easy steps.

We offer Flange slip rings with up to six rings for transmitting power current and 2 rings for transmitting signals. Up to 25 amps can be transmitted per ring. The maximum working voltage is 380 volts. Overall, each slip ring can withstand voltages up to 500 volts, but can also withstand voltage spikes up to 1000 volts.

Flange slip rings allow continuous or alternating rotation of up to 300 revolutions per minute. The standard contact material used in Faston slip rings is silver.
